Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and coachable Sales Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with others, and working toward clear goals in a structured environment. You will receive ongoing training and coaching to help you develop your skills and succeed in a professional sales setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their insurance and financial needs
  • Educate clients on available products and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support office goals
  • Apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
